What is the condition of rare or discontinued items?

All products sold by GlamCircle are new, unused, and in their original packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify Payments gateway.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us immediately at hello@glamcircle.co.uk, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Can I return a discontinued or rare item?

Due to the nature of these products, items that are marked as 'Discontinued' or 'Final Sale' in the product description are not eligible for return. We encourage you to be certain of your purchase for these unique items.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, we ask that you contact us at hello@glamcircle.co.uk within 7 days so we can resolve the issue swiftly for you. In line with your statutory rights, you have up to 30 days to reject a faulty item for a full refund.
