Return and Refund Policy

GlamCircle Return and Refund Policy

At GlamCircle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with an eligible item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cosmetics (unless defective).
  • Rare, discontinued, or any other items marked as 'Final Sale' in the product description.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised products.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Promptly reporting an issue allows us to resolve it for you more swiftly.

In line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to reject a faulty item and receive a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. To start a return for an eligible item, please contact us at hello@glamcircle.co.uk. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return and packaging the item securely. GlamCircle is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit during their return journey. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. For items that are confirmed as defective or incorrect, we will reimburse your return shipping costs. Please note, this reimbursement will not exceed the price of our Standard Tracked Delivery service. We cannot reimburse costs for premium or express services (e.g., Special Delivery).
  5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The simplest way to process an exchange for an eligible item is to follow the return process for a refund and place a new, separate order for the product you would like.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

International Returns

For international returns, please contact us for detailed instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
