Returns & Refunds

At GlamCircle (operated by Bright Origins Ltd), you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used cosmetics (unless defective).
• Items marked “Final Sale”, rare, or discontinued in the product description.
• Gift cards and personalised products.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order on receipt and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item and receive a full refund.

How to return

1. Email hello@glamcircle.co.uk with your order number and reason, or call 07778 485829 (Mon–Fri 9:00–16:00 UK).
2. If accepted, we confirm by email and ask you to post the parcel to the returns address below.
3. Customers arrange and pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a tracked service. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable except where required by law or for our error.
4. For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we reimburse return shipping up to the cost of Standard Tracked UK delivery.
5. Items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Returns address

Do not send returns to our London registered office.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we email you. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer). No restocking fee for eligible returns.
