This Shipping Policy outlines our process for order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and costs to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We’ll notify you via email if there are any delays.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship to addresses in the UK and internationally via trusted carriers to ensure your luxury beauty products arrive safely. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Royal Mail or equivalent).
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

- Standard International Shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on destination).
- Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, or carrier issues). We’ll provide tracking information to help you monitor your order’s progress.
Shipping Costs

UK Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: £3.95 (free on orders over £25).
- Express Shipping: £6.95.

International Shipping:
- Costs vary based on destination, weight, and shipping method, and will be calculated at checkout. International orders are not eligible for free shipping and will always incur a shipping fee.
- For orders under £135, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. For orders over £135, additional import charges may apply under UK export regulations, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
- We strive to keep shipping costs competitive while ensuring secure delivery of your luxury beauty products.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (where available). You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or contact us at hello@glamcircle.co.uk for assistance.
- For international orders, tracking may not be available in all regions, but we’ll provide updates upon request.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries, but some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or local regulations (e.g., restrictions on cosmetics). If we cannot ship to your location, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain addresses at our discretion (e.g., due to fraud concerns).
Damages, Lost, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at hello@glamcircle.co.uk if your item is damaged, lost, or incorrect. Include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, in accordance with our Return Policy (available at glamcircle.co.uk/pages/return-policy).
- For lost shipments, we’ll work with the carrier to locate your order. If it cannot be found, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

- We take great care to package your luxury beauty products securely to prevent damage during transit. If damage occurs, please notify us immediately so we can assist.
- GlamCircle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
- All orders are shipped from our UK fulfillment center. International customers should be aware of their country’s import regulations for cosmetics.
